So often I hear this excuse "I wanted to be a career woman, but I married and had two babies". And I don't feel any sympathy towards such.
It doesn't seem like that statement requires sympathy. It's just a statement of fact.
Do you feel the speaker wants sympathy? For what?

As far as i know, the schools & colleges do not really have any specific HR personnel. The payroll system is run by the administrative dept and the teachers recruitment is done by the management. The school management structure, policies, programs, strategies etc are again developed by the School directors & the principals so there really isn't any requirement for HR professionals.

the first three i know for sure keep employees at hourly packages but one need to be really competent to get in.

Why dont u go for teaching managment related courses in university/colllege? U can have flexible working hrs if u choose to be visiting faculty member
