as far as i've noticed and asked, the order of mst hairy to least hairy is as following:
1- south asians and middle eastern ppl (arabs, persians etc.)
2- whites
3- blacks
4- chinese and other east asians. (it would also include the natives or americas n siberia)

Yes we do. Ever took a trip to northern areas of Pakistan and those who even live in south called 'Bhooray' or those who are called "Kanji Aankhon' Walay? :)
South Asians actually are hairy. Middle easterns are hairier than South Asians.
And no, Europeans are hairy also, its just that they bleach their hair or are born with blond hair or whatever color that blends to their skin makes them less hairy.
And girls do that either hair wipe thingi or bleach thingi.

we all breathe the same amount of oxygen, it's just some have to breathe harder for it.. for example, people living at high altitudes.

those are not the only reasons for air pollution.. all the vehicles n factories also cause pollution. i bet london is way more polluted than islamabad..
