After all these 'chota Kunba, sukh sau' population kept on increasing. No outcome of all this investment on family planning program

sorry to say, but most of the time these condom ads plays with fantasy part rather addressing the issue. Government ads for family planing were too vague and after sabz sitara campaign it all went explicit beyond social values
