how about you pick up a pack of colourful envelopes and line the inside with a fun chevron or striped paper? whatever pattern you are using elsewhere should do nicely. and then slip in the packet. OR ooh! you need to use clear glassine envelopes and slip in the seeded paper inside with a little instruction card and colourful confetti. close the envelope with a circle sticker label and voila! OR washi tape! you can use washi tape to close off the envelope. washi tape is my new favourite.
