Given his knowledge of Pakistan’s nuclear weapons, and the accusations of smuggling to other countries that Powers have levelled against him, AQ Khan must be always held in a secure location inside Pakistan. We cannot afford to ever have him in a situation where another country could get him and interrogate him.

If other co-conspirators in proliferation love traveling to Turkey or China, I see no reason why AQ should be the only one stopped from doing so
