I use this herbal face polish from Pakistan, the beads are very small and gentle on the skin. Id never use St Ives on the face, its too harsh and in the long run will result in wrinkles.
Its good as a foot scrub though

I use mainly 3 types..
Aveeno cleanser
Apricot scrub
And Dead sea facial scrub---> this one is the best one....

actually this scrubis very abrasive the walnutshells in it can ruin the skin! be careful use something with beads instead
The Boots Time Delay and Boots Expert ones have beads in them....I use these every day.
It's just that with the St Ives one, I feel totally like my skin is renewed.

I think it's only available in the UK as they are from "Boots" (Check out Boots.com)
Other varieties that do blemish fighting/anti blemish, are Clearasil and St ives.

The St. Ives and Queen Helene ones are great. I've switched to Burts Bees for most of my face stuff, so I use theirs, and it makes my skin smooth and moisturized!
Oops. Actually the Burts Bees is Peach and Willowbark. Divine.
