Ian was right in being fired, he project managed stupidly, his authority was always being overlooked by the rest of the team.

Im glad Lindi went. I have nothing against her but she was kinda useless and so not apprentice material. Maybe in a few more years with more experience.

Dont get me wrong, the woman is nasty and my god, the looks she gives!! And the jet black hair plus bright red lips combo - my God she is one scary lady. But she definitely adds to the drama and made the show a good watch tonight. I wonder how she would be next week since she knows everyone else think she's cold!

Im not warming up to Alex. Yeah he's mildly cute but he always looks like he's up to something in his mind. He always has that look thats somewhat cunning and calculating. I dont know how to explain it but he seems a lil two faced. Esp last week when he was all bum chum friendly with Claire and then suddenly turned on her in the boadroom. She deserved it but it was such an unexpected move.

Anyway, well done Lucinda for proving the idiots wrong about you. You may have a kiddy whiny voice and wear the weirdest looking18th century clothes/feather things but you sure proved ur ability.
