Apples and Bananas

I can understand having oranges and kiwis, cherries and strawberries because they have a high amount of vit C which does help in increasing immune defense toward a cold, but I am not sure about bananas at all. Apples. Maybe.

apples are rich in iron . so dont think any effect on cold.
