hey how do u make ur tuna kebabs..i have lots of tuna..dont know where to dump :-/
5 reg size tuna cans and 2 med potatoes make about 8-10 kabobs....depends on how big or small you make em.
Boil the potatoes til soft..then mash. Add canned tuna and sprinkle red chili pepper, salt, chaat masala, ...to taste. then add some green onions, and chopped duniya. mix well. make into kabobs.
beat 2 eggs in a med size bowl. dip tuna kabobs into egg then dip into bread crumbs. I use the store bought bread crumbs. Fry your kabobs.
you can make duniya/garlic ki chutney to go with it.
An aunty suggested I make "lukmiyan" what are they!!??

No its not kidney bean wagehra..

prepration..
Prepare the dough in mixing it thoroughly until it becomes very smooth, and after that minced meat is stuffed. fry umm..and serve..
