Since it is clearly forbidden by Islamic law, and punishable by death, it should be made law of Pakistan so that no one shall threatens Islam in Pakistan.

It’s already done by indirect means, through the Blasphemy law. Muslim converst to other faiths have criminal charges brought against them for implying that Islam is not the truth.
