They are actually made like other paintings. Abstract is in the sense that everyone conceive them according to his / her thoughts that are against the artist’s own thoughts in 99.99% cases

yes beauty beholds in the eyes of the beholder, but sometimes abstract art seems like someone had made fool of people

You can't deipher the meaning without knowing a little bit more about the context of the image. Who painted it and why?
