no unfortunately you can’t^

It probably means laptop or 7kg of hand luggage,you can put the laptop into the hand luggage til ur in departure lounge

so it would be hand luggage(and they will weigh this) and hand bag dont go oversize with one,for you
and a stroller and baby bag for baby
sometimes they have restrictions on the day so make sure you have locks on the hand luggage just in case they allow it thru the hold..but not into the cabin

i recently traveled with a carry on bag and a laptop in its case…no problemo.
