take 1 oz. butter n add 1/2 cup sifted brown sugar
let it melt on low heat .....remove when sugar melts ...let it cool a lil bit....then add 100 gram cream cheese OR cream n beat till its really thick ....spread on your cake n thats it !!

If you want a curry-like recipe... i make this mostly as a side dish...
just slice the carrots and fry them in a little oil... add a bit of water and haldi, then add punj masala. cook it all together until the carrots are done. it's really simple and easy.. and tastes delicious!

it's a a mix of fennel seeds, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, methi seeds and kalonji ( 5 things - punj/paanch). you can buy it at an indian grocery. very good mix with all types of vegetable and chicken (have never tried it with lamb/beef but dont think it'd work).
