Take hot water and add one table spoon of salt. Stir well. Take a big sip and keep it in your mouth. Don’t swallow it. Tilt your head upwards by 30 degrees so that water flows back to the wind pipe. Don’t swallow it. Make a noisy sound like aaaagurrrrraaaaaguuuuur or gadgadgadgad by pushing air thru this salt water body in your mouth and…thooo in the wash basin yaa phir ghar ke baahar waali naalee.
Repeat the process atleast ten times in front of a video camera so that next time if somebody asks how to do gargles, you can simply post that video in this forum:D
