jab apko yi pata ho k ap APNAY FRIEND say kia baten kar rahy ho to attention kabi divert nahi hote
**yeh masalah to sabhii ke saath hotaa hai...isko door karne ke liye bahtareen tareeqa to yehii hai k:
-banda arabii seekhe aur jo namaaz meN paRhe vo samajh sake to Khushuu o Khuzoo aa jaayegaa
-jab tak arabii nahiiN aatii mere Khayaal se bande ko chaahiye k jo bhii vo namaaz meN paRhe use itnii whisperaana andaza men kahe k Khud sun sake aur kaan khol kar sune aur us per concentrate kare...is taraH kam se kam dhyaan to idhar udhar nahiiN bhaTkegaa.
-ek baat aur...jo ham namaaz men hamesha paRhte haiN jaise soorah-e-faatiHa, du'aa-e-qunood, subHaane Rabbi al aalaa, subHaane Rabbi ul 'azeem aur jo ham jalse meN paRhte haiN [attahiyaat, darood shareef] aur vo chhoTii chhoTii suras jo ham paRhte haiN uske meanings yaad kar leN...yaa uskaa tarjuma roz paRheN taa k maah do maah ke andar yaad ho jaaye.

I have tried these Translation...Concentration at the toe tip etc
but i dont know why i feel i am in a real hurry
and soon after prayer there are nothing so urgent
