pata nai hon ge many
mai ne bas 10 KG kam kiya tha kuch arsa pehle but ab pir 3-4 kg gain kar liya hay

I have a few tips for you:
1-Twin Temptation mujhay send ker diya kerain na and Mcflurry kisi aur friend ko, then you wont gain any weight and
2-you can lose weight by paying more from your wallet for my lunches and dinners…light wallet will make you look slimmer as you dont use plastic money
