In addition to what already been metioned, here's some feedback for whateve it is worth :)
In gallery, there should be a dafault image when page is loaded up or location is selected. It look ugly when middle of page is empty dull gray. BTW, the thumbnail on the left are very small to make sense out of them, maybe you should consider having one row of larger thumb prints.
You can Jazz up the menu on the top i.e. Home, Room, etc. They appear very dull and low quality work. Also you do have a selection for 'Gallery' on the bottom menu but not on the top menu.
You should have a consistent theme through out so that users will know what to expect no matter where they are.
Overall this is a good site.
BTW, I tested this on IE7 running on Vista.
