If i recall it right, few days before these attacks, Pakistan and India signed an MOU kind of stuff in which with other things they agreed for intelligence sharing, not playing blame-games etc… this was considered as a break through between the arch rivals, despite the global financial crunch replied positively and chances were that if things moved at the same pace, the countries may develop some kind of better working relationship…
and then out of the blue 26/11 happened and the hawkish elements started the same old blame game and both countries were back to block one…
India and Pakistan’s rivalry have benefited west alot, they sell their arm, they get the influence in these countries…and we like idiots fight each other on borrowed money and arms…
