i m using picasa... it does not detect many photos ACDsee is just so old and chunky
you r rite .. therefore most of people use there brain to organize & manage photos in folders in windows .. or i think there is windows gallery with live u can give it a try ...
but if u were on MAC u can use iPhoto ... the best ...
