DO WATCH:
-Charlie in Karachi.–Umer sharif
-Des Pardes.–made in scotland and england (my fav)
-Bisaat–made in Paris (stars nadeem and AMNA HAQ-shes my queen, very beautiful and the only reason i watched the drama)
-Dilbar heigts–made in pak, karachi (comdey…a MUST watch–stars Nadeem Jafery the singer)
MY QUESTIONS:
-any new drama made outside pak??
-is the drama made in spain good??
-whats the name of the drama made in Hongkong??
-any drama with AMNA HAQ??
MY COMMENTS:
-Aan–is stupid, Show-off, but kinda Fun too
-Target–don’t watch it!, Frustrating…eww
-TUM HI TO HO–made in USA, calif (da best, watched it twice!!)
-Ansoo–made in scotland (da best)
A SURVEY:
-Don’t u guys agree that pakistan should make a drama on a life of a couple that gets married in pak and enjoy their life there and then they moves to another country, lets say USA. NOw the drama without showing rubish, actually shows the difficulties they face in settling in (i.e
riving a cab!, small apartment, rent, larbour, no jobs) and then show their childrens problems as they grow up and how ppl r thinking back in pak about them (i.e: USA is soo much fun!) and show the old age and their worries about getting their kids married!..so what do u say, shouldn’t there be a true real life well made drama that shows the other side of the picture??? i bet it wud be a HIT.
I liked Dhoop Kinaray the most-among the old ones.Andhera Ujala and Parchi(majahia drama) were also good.
Lastly I have seen another one - Shab deg which is quite unparallel.Jisne e nahi wekhya, usne kuj nahi wekhya.

Neera: You are wrong! Of course we watch dramas. I don't see them regularly, because I don't have much time besides working and studying. But whenever I get the chance to see a good drama, I watch it.
I like funny dramas like 3 Bata 3, but also dramas with stories playing abroad, where you see the problems of overseas Pakistanis. I enjoyed watching "Uraan" not because it is an exceptionally good drama, but because my Mamu has a little role in it.
The last one i saw 3 quarters of was Aansoo set in Scotland. It was brilliant. What happened in the end? (I had to go to Uni and since i dont have satellite tv here i cant get the asian channels
) BTW does any body know anything about the main female girl–you know the one whom the guy from pakistan who works as a waiter initially falls for and the one who is always palying practical jokes on him. She was SO gorgeous.
I have never seen her in a ptv drama before–who is she and is she from Scotland?
I'm watching Tum Hi To Ho these days - its really good. Its about a year or so old I think, but the acting is great. The script is interesting and for once, they're not exaggerating how life is like in the United States. I mean, I saw this one drama where it took place in New York or somewhere and everyone was driving limos! Huma Nawab, Marina Khan, Vaneeza Ahmed, Humayun Saeed, Ali Salman, Atiqa Odho are in it. Its a must see!
