Okay My regimen for now is I do cardio with 30 second sprints every 2 mins for about 15 mins. 3 times a week.
After that I do the weights. I alternate the muscle groups like legs after that maybe arms etc. I have been doing the weights since January this year. Now the question is I dont see a lot of definition…I mean I can lift higher weights from what I started and I do the 15 reps 3 sets each.The weights limit I lift are that make me tired on the 9-10 rep so I know I am not lifting light…but the thing is how come I can’s measure the definition.WHat am I doing wrong.I wanted to decrease my upper arms size by about an inch but I dont measure em, instead I think I added 1/2 inch:(. I had though been neglecting to work on my triceps though but have started now.
Another Q: Now I dont get the “DOMS”…which I did previously…does that mean I need to up the weights again. I have heard that lifting higher weights may make you bulky…I dont want a man she look:cb:
Personally my goal was to firm up not loose weight.

Rest and recovery is very imp between sessions.Remember to rest the next day.Dont work out the same muscle group every day

9-10 rep are too many If you trying to reduce size. Cardio is real good.
But try not to do weight training in body building fashion.
see pulling cable is good you will be working your: forearm,
biceps, shoulders and lats.
select those kinds of exercises and keep them the way you do cardio. Like light and many. pleasant and kool.
Depending on you bone structure you get your look. So after getting fit you may look WOW. But could be still making you self depressed by thinking about standards you define before starting work out. I mean let supports shape you body and brain.
And see how other admire you looks.

I do 15 reps.I have heard that women dont build the bulk even with the weight lifting.
And I guess the high reps with low weights is what I should go for.Its just doesnt sem challenging enough though and thats where I think that it isn working and the Delayed onset of muscle soreness(DOMS). It seems to me that it isnt working:(
