i know only this thing that one of my cousins used the mixture of 4-5 creams and she was in comparison with me(turning from dark to light) ...one relative was on daily usage of fair n lovely (she was my college fellow as well) and the results were mind-blowing..
but again one of my uni fellow..she used fair and lovely for years but to no avail..and people were used to say tumko ager fair and lovely k tub mai b bitha do to kuch nai hoga tumhara...and she is still the same...dark complexion..by the way she used norangi ubtan also..dat made her skin better buss again dark...aur ubtan use kr kr k usska face peela pur chuka tha but white nai hua tha...but again hamaray he group ki ek friend norangi ubtan use krti thee aur ussak face bilkul fair tha..so it depends on ur skin i guess so.
Well if you have a fair or weatish complexion family i.e. parents then if you do tend to get dark because of the suns rays and staying out then these fairness creams might help remove the darkness...but if you have a dark family and you are dark because of that then nothing can help you..then you can only make your skin look healthy and glow...
I got dark when i was a kid but my parents are fair...so after taking some time out for myself i had a big change in my color...mashallah.
- To the thread starter: If you want to go greasy then mix fairness cremes like fair n lovely, stillmens, imami, archies, and anyother creme you can think of, some people also put bitnovit (for scars i guess)..but you have to also take care of the open pores/ black heads that you get because of excessive grease...
