^^ I did report the whole thread - but chalo if no- one did - are you guys sleeping :)
I am going to ignore that comment, but I do not like people telling me how the mods should do their jobs. They are doing a great job and if someone does not like the way GS is run, they are not obligated to come and post.
Naabigh, you've been in an admin position before, so you must understand that folks in that position wear many hats. Not only must they balance their emotions at sensitive times as these, but also when reviewing comments that are hurtful and biased toward their nation-- for they aren't on GS just as posters anymore but as moderators that facilitate discussion. Can you imagine how hard they must be working given the tons of threads on this topic, the various nationalities and belief systems of the posters. Give them a break.

Although it is highly unlikely of you - but fair enough .... If raising a question / passing a feedback is so much of a concern for you and your team - Then I shall take the advice given .....

dude there is a diff between 'suggestion' and 'criticism for the heck of it'.
'are your mod sleeping' is not a suggestion or a feedback.
No, when Pak army is out there defending our country, no criticism would be allowed. It does not matter then if they are doing a good job or a bad job from our standards, *they are still out there trying their best.
*
Army of Pakistan as an institution is not allowed to be criticized.
you just cannot put a blame of some generals on the whole army man. the lieutenants and subedars and jawans that are dying for this country, we will be forever in debt to them.

Yes indeed it is considered as a feedback when the director itself comes with
and the most degrading comment about pakistan army in that thread did not come from any mod or an indian. it came from a pakistani. I am surpised that none of the 'patriots' reported that comment.
Likewise moderators - 'patriots ' cant go through each and every post just for the sack of reporting it ..... what I was expecting from you to clean that disgusting noun used for Pakistan Army rather then bringing it to prove your point ...

Yes I have been an Admin/Moderator for long enough to understand the pros and cons of this often unappreciated nixer ..
we did have a solution of operating under Multis - so an admin/Mod can also exercise his/her freedom of speech right .. I wonder why it is given less liking thesedays..
where posters are considered - we always have had defined policies for them - yet you see a hell breaking loose here and there ..
This country is going through a turmoil - which surely is not even worth thinking for many of the posters here but we can just let them have the mickey out of it ... Serious and decent discussion are always welcome but reckless infuriating posters should get dealt strongly ..
we all know the short coming of our people .. Armed forces and Politicians but a decency should be maintain'd while discussing the people / personnels who have been here for this country and trying to serve this country under their best capacity ...
