If your doc prescribed you the medicine who knows you are pregnant, it should be okay. But if you are in Pakistan, I recommend seeking second opinion. ( based on my experience with the docs there)
I had nausea before I found out about pregnancy and continued until the 17th week..I was given zofran…sometimes it helped but other times it didn’t! Make sure you keep yourself hydrated though… At this stage that s critical. I was given ketone test papers to test everyday and report o the doc if the numbers were low, they would then get me to the hospital and give fluids through IV so check that as well.
