I have no idea. I don’t know the first thing about Islam. I only know what I see and what I hear from Muslims. There is another thread here about Islam being a religion of peace, and that is what I hear muslims say. If that is the case, what is this guy doing? Doesn’t that conflict with what this guy is saying? What about what the originator of the thread said:

I find it disturbing... imagine the headline, terrorists, murders and racists find common beleifs among Islam and convert...instead of some reasonable human being converting to Islam, this is pretty disturbing indeed...

Fully agree with you Pakap.
The barbaric psychology of this person is perfectly in sync with his conversion to Islam. He wants to kill and loot. So, on conversion to Islam (which says you must spread the religion), he gets a good political excuse to do so.
The message is :
"I now begin to love Islam, and am going to start killin 'n' lootin to spread Islam (and satisfy my barbaric hunger pangs in the process).
I will also al-anfal a lot and not get punished also. yippeee !"
He is NO different than the Ghauris and Ghaznavis who did the same thing on giving the same excuse--of spreading Islam--many centuries ago.

looks like the thread starters initial sentiments and exuberance over this latest conversion has very few takers. reaffirms my conviction that stupidity and immaturity always comes premarking its own exstinction.

I think it would disturb anyone when he/she hears about conflicting information thrown out into media by any means. Best way is to be curious and learn at a personal level or by the scriptures. Followers of the religion are not the best example as we see minority of wrongdoers bring bad name to majority which is not really a good thing.

You might have won another convert, but he is still a racist, violent person. Why are you people so proud? He is simply using Islam as a tool to further his hate. The day he recounces violence and hatred and embraces the peace through Islam, thats when one should be proud.
