Agree with Iconoclast.

There is an irony here. Most (not all) hate, prejudice, generalizstion, insensitivity originates from the Right wing. While liberal and progressive sites such as dailykos uphold the rights of minorities including muslims.
Such bias is not tolerated at dailykos. You will be a pariah if you try such sh1t

While some in this forum despise the Right wing in the West, they ARE its counterpart in desh. And they hate secularist/liberals. Oh the hypocrisy.

While generally agreeing to esteemed Southie and without even the slightest ill intentions towards our Christian Brothers, I would say that Anti Muslim Bigotry is definitely there. The western society as a whole may not be considered bigot but the media does seem so. You just have to go through it whether print, electronic or social. For instance, the Muslim Right Wing is almost always termed as Islamic Radicals, Islamic Fundamentalists, Islamic Militants or simply Islamists. On the contrary you would never find any word like Christian Fundamentalist, Christian Radicals etc. They are simply referred to as Christian Right or at times just, Far Right.
