yea but couldn't the student sue the teacher for breaking the phone in america? the lawyers are hungrily waiting for such angry acts by people.

I tell you about today's story,One of my class mate asked the teacher that
did somebody ever fall asleep in your class before.She replied yes
mate asked, what do you do if some one sleeps thn teacher said I tell some next student to wake he/she up.
thn some other mate said why dun you give them detention or tell them to leave the class. thn she said i have to be careful about Health n Safety n I dun want to get sacked!
Yeah using phone n falling asleep are two different things but teacher's respond

Well then that school will be having such students and such reputation. Although mainly in this video and also in class getting a call while having the vibrator or tune on is considered as bad and some of them get such results as in the video, using it is not. Teachers who are a bit tricky they detain you indirectly for using mobile, as like asking you a question what he os she just told to students and not replying it cause a detention.
