Don't ever believe all that stereotype about york. York is probably one of the best, universities in toronto.
Why? Ok Maybe not for those Science and Math majors, I can agree, but for political science, or Business. I'd recommend it to anyone.
Its Convenient and thats the best part about it.
Other Uni's put tooo many restrictions on you, how you can choose your timetable, what courses u can and cannot take.
York gives you a lot of flexibility in that sense.
Also, You can get to york from anywhere, as TTC, VIVA, and GO all end up at York, frequently.
The atmosphere is great, you meet alot of friendly people, and you make friends fast.
What you planning to do? ahhaha i sound like some york representitive.
I just said all that, cuz I used to think York is for losers :p
