I used to sleep 11-12 hours [jub maiN choTaa nannah kaka munna saa thaa :blush:]

Phir jub maiN laRakpaN kee huddood maiN pohnchaa tau 8-9 hours sonaY laggaa

phir teenager age maiN bhee 8 ghanTay tau so jaataa thaa ..

end of teenage maiN some times I just used to sleep 6 or 7 hours…

abb maiN thoRaa saa baRaa ho gayaa hooN :mash: sometimes, I can’t even sleep and I stay whole night :eek: sometimes I sleep for 4-5 or 3 hours :frowning: then after two-fours days I am able to sleep for more than 7 and less then 8.30 hours :teary1:
