I think Iraqi's must continue to resist the 300,000 plus foreign fighters i.e. the US military and it's "coalition" allies that infilitrated Iraq (in violation of international law) after March 2003, and killed tens of thousands of innocent Iraqi people, including little babies and kids.
One thing is crystal clear now. The American's have been so wrong time and time again over Iraq that it is becoming highly amusing for all to watch. First it was predicted that the killing of Saddams sons would see the falling of the resistance, yet it only increased it many times over. Then they predicted the capture of Saddam just under four weeks ago would end it, but since that time no less than 51 US and "coalition" soldiers have been killed, and probably hundreds more injured.
Is it amusing to know that the Iraqis will continue to suffer while this 'resistance' goes on? do you get a haha and :) knowing that?
Malik they were mercy killings.

“It’s a tragedy that U.S. soldiers have killed so many civilians in Baghdad,” - HRW](Iraq: Civilian Deaths Need U.S. Investigation | Human Rights Watch)
Funny, I remember Malik admonishing the US for siding with Dostrum as an unsavory ally. Yet your lastest heros are Baathists are those that benefitted from Saddams' bloody regime, the rich, the powerful and the brutal. People who make Dostrum look like a choir boy. Funny how easily you all forget that Saddam's regime was responsible for nearly a million Muslim deaths.
Your glee at American deaths are pathetic.
Have you noticed that despite casualties the US is holding fast? Not like Clinton in Somalia. Again you have underestimated US resolve.
Yes we know your views Malik; do nothing.

Possibly.
But does anyone remember what the foreign fighters i.e. US soldiers did in Fallujah in the early months of the Iraqi occupation?
?
Your excuses for American invaders is pathetic, am I talking your language now?
I wonder which pot said this?
Fallujah started out as the hot spot, and continues to be the hot spot. Evacuate the town and dust off the daisy cutters…](http://www.gupistan.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=102672&perpage=30&highlight=fallujah&pagenumber=4)
Excellent advice then, even better advice now!
Your friends would not have evacuated the town.
Clarification there Chota. The excuses for the crimes carried out by the 300,000 plus foreign fighters i.e. the US militray and it’s “coalition” partners is pathetic, and independent Human Rights organisations agree so.
Are you an Al qaeda advisor, member ohioguy? :o how nasty !!
If we are going to be evil occupiers, then let's occupy.
I really don't care what they do with these two or three troubled towns, lock up every military aged male, surround the town, level the city, whatever. We are trying to be too nice, and apparently we are not communicating clearly. The fact that we are NOT behaving like Saddam is being interpreted as weakness. We should communicate in a way that the people of Fallujah understand.
You can quote this liberally.

...level the city...

Surely not a city that has its citizens, predominantly innocent civilians? That is bin Laden-speak.
Nadia,
Evacuate the city and level it. We all know this is not going to happen. However the people of Fallujah and Sammara and other rebel hotbeds are really being treated with kid gloves in the history of "occupations".
Everybody gets all willy nilly about kicking in a door, and searching houses. Screw it, get tough. Prohibit any movement into and out of the city. Close the bank, and start doling out food rations. Better yet let the Kurds supervise the town, or a Shia militia (naw that is a little Sharon-like). You get my point. Take every man of military age and put them in prisons until you can sort out the good from the bad.
The problem is that the GOOD people of these towns are intimidated by the Baathist thugs, and no progress can be made until they are gone. When people see that the actions of the resistance causes problems for ALL, then the good people will start turning them in. We cannot make more enemies in these areas, so why worry about offending cultural sensitivities? Time to be less politically correct with these towns, and shut them down.
Do you get all your political commentary from episodes of bonanza? ![]()
That’s actually kind of funny.

Well I guess some people think that killing upto 15,000 innocent Iraqi civilians, not to mention tens of thousands of Iraqi soldiers on top of that is not enough? Now they are advocating even worse evils than the Al Qaida they keep going on about - such hate and anger is shocking, but not surprising. After all every time American soldiers kill Iraqi babies and children, they are the first one's to defend such acts...
