heheeh .. bechari ke halaq say abb ye baat nahi utray gi ..
urdu ke expert honay ka dawaa to nahi kiya, lekin takleef, dard, tees saaray ke saaray ek hee matlab rakhtay hain .. tees uthti hay, dard hota hay, aur takleef hoti hay.. so i guess u can use every thing depending upon your mood. . . lucknow main hamesha kahtay hain takleef ho rahi hay, I always said dard ho raha hay.. and always red in books, teesain uth rahi hain, never heard someone saying it ..
its like, you will always point at a tree and say: darakht.. but if u wanna write poetry, u will refer to it as shajr..
