Obviously, you missed quite a lot, that lying convicted Kashmir Singh wasnt the only one Burni Singh got released, read about Sarabjit's execution who Burni Singh got delayed. Plus, Burni Singh didnt manage or try to get a single Pakistani pow, or even an innocent civilian released while he was the dictator's caretaker minister for human rights affairs. He was too busy parading with Kashmir Singh through wagah.
