According to FDA bottled water never expires, it does not have a shelf life, however it should be stored away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. view link below

The expiry date printed on bottles is to ensure the maintenance of taste additives by specific companies, however water is still healthy and drinkable long after expiry date.

Its not the matter of expiring or not, its the matter of not giving it to people dying because of lack of water and food.
