This is a nerve-wracking position to be in. Ehsan uncle and TLK bhai have set the bar high and I'm stepping into big shoes, no doubt. Had it not been for the confidence placed in me by the team, I would have ran for the hills! So thank you for having faith in me and entrusting me with such a huge responsibility. I hope I will be able to meet your expectations InshaAllah.
I also want to extend my gratitude and appreciation to all GS members for making GS a wonderful virtual community and for putting up with me thus far! Please bear with me as I get my head around the new responsibilities. And please know that I'm always approachable so never hesitate to contact me regarding your concerns and suggestions.

Thank you very much TLK bhai for bringing the BEST in your place. Hats off to whoever suggested her to be the next director. (alright I know it was the team suggestion and allthat but whatever). Her best quality being just as you possessed. Being calm and easy on others.

if nothing , GS atleast help you building the attributes which help you further in your professional career !
In my case , it was Conflict management and Time management !
