And you use the word Islamic Republic only in these kinds of events, and not when people are butchered in pakistan in the name of Islam, women are raped, the entire nation is labelled as one of the most corrupt. I guess all that represent the characteristics of Islamic Republic so it doesn't need to be mentioned.

Have a nominations thread for each category with reasons why they should be nominated...maybe you can come up with a questionnaire. Then these nominees are interviewed one by one, and we have a poll to choose the winner. We may request for pics as well. Maybe faces can be blanked out.
