It's sad how people die and the people who are alive run after the deceaseds' money.
It could also have been suicide. Her son did die a few months ago, and she'd delivered a baby. I thought that they said Howard Stern (her lawyer) was the father of her baby? I never really liked her much, and I dont' really follow celebrities, but I just had to comment.
I don't follow celebrity news either, and you are right, it's Howard Stern and he's trying to gain the custody of the infant. Her son had died a few days ago and you are right, it could be suicide, but looking at the entire story, I doubt it. Howard wasn't there when she became unconscious, the nurse was there but the guard wasn't there. She called the guard and the guard gave her the CPR, as opposed to the nurse. etc. etc. etc.
I am completely indifferent about her death, but I would bet my bottom dollar that she died of a drug overdose. (same case with her son several months back)
i care for muslims who die in agony and pain and beside that i care only for muslims so i can pray for them that may ALLAH give them jannat ameen
And its in ahadees when bad people die even sky angels thank to ALLAH ke they are gone because of them many people's lives were in danger.
It's fine if you feel that way. But if you have nothing nice to say then dnt' say anything. I know tons fo ppl don't care abt celebs dying, but, would it really be too much trouble to just be quiet and not say anything?
I was just watching the news and turns out there's an even bigger twist to the story. Not only was she murdered just during the court case but also, some royal Queen or something's 9th husband has come forth and said that the baby is actually HIS and that he had an affair with Anna Nicole Smith.
^ I thought they said it’s not a murder case? On CNN they said it was probably an overdose, but I did hear about the royal dude saying they had an affair for 10 years. People now can say whatever they want, she’s not there to prove them wrong.
Paki Pride: Muslims cannot pray for deceased non-Muslims. We can pray while they alive and we can pray that may Allah guide them. Once they die, their book is closed, they lost their chance. Allah asked us not to pray for them. In fact, Prophet Mohammad asked Allah if he could pray for his deceased parents and he was told not to.
Source: I am sure there's a link online, but this is from today's friday prayer's Khutba.
Just to back myself up, and so people can read more, here’s the text from a website:
With regard to praying for kaafirs, this falls into two categories:
1 – Praying for a kaafir to be guided to Islam and so on. This is permissible. It was narrated from Ibn ‘Umar (may Allaah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “O Allaah, support Islam with the man who is more beloved to You: Abu Jahl or ‘Umar ibn al-Khattaab.” Narrated by al-Tirmidhi, 3681; classed as saheeh by al-Albaani. Here he was praying for one of them to be guided.
2 – Praying for him to be forgiven and so on. This is forbidden according to scholarly consensus.
Al-Nawawi said: With regard to offering the funeral prayer for a kaafir and praying for forgiveness for him, this is haraam according to the text of the Qur’aan and scholarly consensus.
Al-Majmoo’ 5/120
It says in Tuhfat al-Muhtaaj: It is haraam to pray for a kaafir and for one whose Islam is in doubt with regard to matters of the Hereafter, even if that is one of his parents. (3/141).
