AAAAAAAAAAAAAwwwwwwwww dear sazub;

ur r being realllly hard on urself... u sound like ur sorry for ur behaviour and like ur really guilty.

1st thing.. try not 2 feel 2 guilty because that is what is giving u depression. joh hogia soh hogia. the fact that u relaized ur mistake means that u r a good caring person 4rom the inside.

everyone has their faults and their bad days and tough times. apki family joh heh joh apke apne heh voh is baat koh samaj jainge , im sure. u said that u walk away in anger, but walking away is THE BEST thing 4 u 2 do..so DONT feel gulity about that! it's better 2 walk away then say soemthing mean. but even if u said something mean im sure they knew u were in a bad mood and hopefully it wasn't soemthing personally mean that u said.. so at least feel better about that.

keep urself busy. do things u like.. do something that motivates u like study research hobby. listen to music u know u luv 2 make u feel happy. talk to friends and people who bring hapiness in ur life and avoid people jinse tumh chirte ho. watch a comedy drama or fun event or show.

drink chamomile tea with lemon and honey and there is also herbs 2 help calm u down like valerian and passionflower. avoid white sugar and 2 much sweets and junk food. and talk 2 ur family and discuss things that trigger ur anger and bad mood and tell them 2 avoid those topics or situations in front of u.

pir dekna.. ur also asking ALLAH mia 4 guidance...inshallah voh apki madat zaroor karega.

but pleez dont put urself down otherwise u'll feel worse instead of feeling better. nobody is perfect..jo samagdaar caring log heh apke zindagi me voh is baat ko samaj kar apki help karainge.

BUT dont talk about triggers with people u dont trust much like general relatives and acquaintances bcs they might use those to bug u more.
