it is very true thta it causes me to be sad a lot as well as depressd. i dont like losing my temper and i hate it and myself even more when i hurt my closest and loved ones by saying something mean or by just getting annoyed and walking away.
it is true that namaaz gives u alot of peace and i have started praying reading surats when i know i am becoming angry.
i dont think it is one paticular thing to be honest. my own insecurities cause me not to think straight and then i lash out on others.
