Politicians Are Less Responsible
After killing of Liaqat , Ayoub and general Iskander Mirza started the playing with weak politicians and from 58 to end of 1971 , they ruled , In 1972 they handed over the broken piece to a civilian , when he brought 93 000 back , got the area back , settled Pakistan and made it an atomic power , theu again came in than again sat for 11 years more , giving a short spell to bloody civilians , they again came to destroy .
Now how can you blame civilians

I know quite a bit of inside story of this bringing back 93k PoWs. Indira was desperate to return those PoWs asap as she India didn’t want to bear the cost of paying for keeping those PoWs, it was Bhutto who was delaying it because he wanted to get that done at the time of his choice to score in front of Pak awaam.
