better way is to eat two spoonfulls of tea leaves, drink two ghoonTs of milk, eat some cheeni, drink a cup of water and then sit on the stove

I do drink tea but usually after Iftaar (only when I come home for Iftaar. Usually I come home around 9pm after leaving in the morning so I drink tea when I come home @ night). I need to get an hour or 2 of sleep (since I get about 3-4 hours of sleep per day when I have classes @ campus) after Suhur before my school starts in the morning so I just have suhur, pray Fajr and go to sleep for an hour or two.
