people who say the locals deserved this disaster are wrong. innocent civilians in NO have nothing to do with americas much hated govt. i think alot of people in the world are happy that the US govt have another problem to turn their attentions to and spend money on, but these people express their ‘happiness’ in wrong ways by claiming the people deserved it.
