I heard this hadith from a scholar that the prophet (saw) said that whenever you go through a painful experience, recall my pains and you would find consolation and strength.
Our sacrifices and pains in life are nothing as compared to that of the Prophet (saw).
May Allah bless us all with the wisdom to understand and the strength to follow the life of the Prophet (Saw). Ameen!
