If you are going to stay in the centrum area you are going to find lots of halal food shops in the centraal area of Amsterdam also there are lots of Indian and Pakistani restaurants for Halal food…
Speaking about traditional dutch food they dont have a specific cuisine the most traditional one I have eaten is mashed potatoes with spinach and thats all…
And if you visit Dam square it has the most awesome shopping places and almost that area has all famous shopping shops!
