I have been to both places - Kohat and North Carolina and let me tell you guys it ain't much of a difference. Both inhabitants smoke a lot of cigarettes and chew tobacco. They both take pride in beating up their women. Men from both cities prefer women with big butts. A lot of similarities if you ask me.
