In 1970's it was common knowledge in Lahore that his goons will kidnap girls from colleges and take them to the Governor's House for his "pleasure". I don't know if it was just an exagerration or "where there is smoke there is fire" kinda thing. Whatever the case, you can continue to consider him a "nice" person. You have a right to your opinion.
