1. Stick to the topic, Bob. This thread is not about molestation, rishwat-khori, milawat, etc. That’s a very defensive and weak strategy of arguing. You are basically “deflecting” people’s attentions from the issue at hand to other issues that are irrelevant and you need to stop doing that. It makes one sound defensive, not intelligent.

2. A sick man will assault a woman whether she is covered from head to toe or scantily clad. But common sense demands that one take precautions. You know…just like Bob the Planner…likes to plan ahead for every possible mishap or emergency and takes all kinds of precautions whether or not any hiccups take place during his journey…similarly one should also take precautions in how they present themselves to the world.

3. Ever heard of the saying, “Clothes make the man?” You would not wear a bathing suit to a job interview or a pair of Bermuda shorts to a funeral because it will send people the wrong message about you; they will form unsavory perceptions about you in their minds. For someone who is ALWAYS harping on and on and about “looks” and “image”…it should not be so difficult for YOU to comprehend that clothes are powerful; they are not a minor thing to be easily dismissed. The way that a person dresses and carries themselves has the potential to attract people that either respect them…or it can attract people that are harmful, dangerous, etc.

So before you rush to champion such “progression”…slow down and remind yourself of the power (and consequences) that ALWAYS come with clothing and how we carry/present ourselves.

It is all about fake morality where welfare fraud is fine but ripped jeans is haram..lol..I don’t read verbal diarrhea. Remind yourself always that people who mention religion and modesty incessantly are also classified as the most corrupt and morally depraved. She is a model and dresses like one and has been successful. What have your clothes done for you?
