You could look at it another way:

He has not said he will be coming back the moment he steps out of the jail. He is clear that when ICC lifts the ban and after intense counseling. Timing could be to rile England ahead of the series and why not.

Does Zaka know something that we don’t? Does his statement have a double meaning? i.e. has he had an indication from someone in ICC that Aamir might be allowed to return earlier than expected after serving his time in young offenders institute (highly doubt it though)
