JayR i meant no offense to you. I apologize if you thought anything i said was out of context.
The truth is that on a legal level for the ordinary people, America is a great country because the Judicial system is pretty fair. It allows everyone to present their side of the story. I mean goof-ups on part of the Govt. or Police, etc...do happen, but atleast you're given a chance to rectify yourself here.
The only bad thing that one may extract is that, YES everything you do is recorded and even when you've proven ur innocence it will still show up on your record that you were arrested or what-not for such and such even if you were innocent. That's just record-keeping.
