And the same people will give "oh so sad, lets move on" response anytime a shia mosque is shot up in pakistan. But when terrorists occupy a mosque in iraq and get killed, you will have 40 days of mataam.

And the greater Muslim world falls for this everytime. Oh the shock the outrage, the horror.....
It continues to be an effective propaganda tool.

It really is quite mystifying.
SCENARIO 1: An Iraqi thug drags some innocent woman out in a battlefield using her as a human shield while he fires at American soldiers, the American soldiers fire back and kill the woman and the streets of the Muslim world ignite with anger against the American.
SCENARIO 2: An American soldier (god forbid) uses an Iraqi woman as a human shield while attacking some Iraqi thug, the thug shoots back and kills the woman and the streets of the Muslim world ignite with anger against the American.
The common denominator is that some innocent Muslim woman gets killed and the streets of the Muslim world ignite with anger against an American. Doesn't matter whose bullet killed the woman and/or who placed the woman in harms way. Mosques, schools and hospitals work just as well as an innocent woman. It's no wonder so many innocents get killed. It works. Not for the Americans but for their enemies.
Mosque nothing, wait til we arrest a cleric:

Handling the ‘outlaw’
by Dan Murphy
So the US has finally decided to go after Shiite cleric Moqtada al-Sadr. Or, Sadr has finally pushed the confrontation so far that he’s forced the decision. Following days of clashes between his Mahdi Army and coalition troops, the coalition is now seeking his arrest on charges he was involved in the murder of a rival cleric almost a year ago.

It seems the American army is cementing it's Evil intentions with Evil behaviour, just plain Evil.
Do all sincere and astute Muslims approve of militants using Mosques as launching pads for attacks?
Just plain Evil. What next, bombing baby milk factories.....? Evil.
If attackers hide in baby milk factories then they will be bombed.
For the greater good or Evil?
25 million attackers, time for some genocide surely......following the Evil all the way through.
Hopefully the US will be pulling out soon and then it will be sunnis bombing shia mosques and we will all see the real evil. Except for the same blame displacement cry babies who will decry the US as evil for abandoning Iraq.
I think you're hoping for more terror in Iraq after the US leaves, that is just plain Evil.
Of course I don't hope for it, but I'm a realist. It will happen.
I'm sure the citizens of Fallujah are just waiting for the fighting to stop so they can give American soldiers flowers.
Vietnam indeed. This is exactly how the US got sucked in. Then too they justified killing women and children. I cannot imagine that an Iraqi who loses his family member, even by accident, will not hate America. All you apologists can say what you want but even mainstream public opinion in America is turning. This is not good, not good at all.
Among the dead were 26 people - including 16 children and up to eight women - killed when warplanes struck four houses late Tuesday, said Hatem Samir, head of the clinic at Fallujah Hospital
That was another act of butchery by American terrorists in Fallujah.
Everyone abhors Evil in any shape or form, but when institutionalised in the form of a supposed super power that likes to see itself as a benevolent force for good, when in fact it is Evil .....It’s just plain sad....and Evil.
^ if you are going to be fair, substitute 'insurgency' for 'superpower' and you've got something.
I frankly have a problem with people using mosques to attack. they want to fight, go ahead, but dont drag mosques in the midst, respect the sanctity of mosques and they will be fine.
