Most Multinational companies (including pharmaceutical companies) in Pakistan are also owned by US Companies (due to majority shareholding).

The point is not loving their food outlets, but local ppls jobs in these chains. We have to think about those ppls jobs before closing these outlets without any other substitutes.

Not only this, but they maintain hygenic, ingredients without adultration, standard quality of food unlike other paki food outlets.
